Sound Journeys

With a combination of Tibetan and crystal bowls, gong, didgeridoo, handpan, flute, and sacred chants, a sound journey allows you to immerse yourself in a state of rest and rejuvenation. The sound vibrations penetrate the layers of being down to the cellular level, creating harmony, healing, and expansion.

Ceremony Music

A ceremonial container creates a safe space to go within and feel the music more fully. The flow of music and medicine songs guides and supports transformative processes of growth and healing. We have worked extensively with breathwork, cacao, and other deep ceremonial work.

WORKSHOPS

Caro offers workshops on voice activation, yoga, and holistic health.

Jeff offers workshops on didjeridoo, qi gong, as well as drum circle facilitation.
